Scott Rankin kindly gave me his recipe for a salad he and
his sister named "Mooshy’, due to its consistency, when they
were kids. Now, as far as Scott can remember, this recipe comes
from his grandmother who made it for her children, Scott's mom
and her brothers. And of course, Scott's mom made it for their
family, and it is customarily served at Thanksgiving and Christmas
dinners in their household. Scott's sister has made it before, but
this Thanksgiving-away-from-home, Scott amalgamated this con-
coction of ingredients for his first time ever for a small group of
friends.

Was it successful? | think so. Everyone was talking about
it: "Mooshy this", "Mooshy that"; and that was before Kelly's wine
