NEWSPAPER: Should the Planet of the Arts be its own non-profit Society autonomous from the Student Union, contracted to produce the paper ACTION: Funds for spring Planet issues will not be transferred until steps are taken to incorporate as a non-profit society Should the Planet of the Arts be run by a Committee responsible to the Student Union ACTION: A contract will be developed between the Student Union and the to-be- developed "Planet of the Arts Publishing Society" to produce the Planet at arms-length Should workshops be held immediately about participating, writing, editing, + production for a paper ACTION: weekly meetings are being held, however no formal decision-making structures have yet been put into place nor workshop series held.
