Don’t miss this. The faculty show: this year Fal(1)Staff is the title, and has expanded from the Charles H. Scott into the Concourse Gallery, which is a student space. Painting instructor Alan Wood is exhibiting his new large paintings at the Bau-Xi. “Waterfalls” runs from October 5 to 24. The opening is October 5 at 8:00 p.m. and is a good opportunity to bug Alan in front of rich people, in a_ South Granville gallery. “A celebration of colour and light” is the title of a group show at the Van- couver General Hospital Foundation Gallery, 2250 Willow St. The show runs from October 1 to 30, and features a mixture of established and young artists.
