Proposals for the sched- uling of the space are being formalized into a more con- crete system. The use of the lounge will be orchestrated by the Programming Group, which is currently made up of Char Hoyt and Paul Morstad with assis- tance from Harald Gravelsins and Ling Chiu. - Much of the scheduling for the space will be on a first come first served basis. Both a day by day and week by week time frame, as well as more formalized repeat bookings will be incorporated. This will allow for the scheduling of Coffee Nights, other perfor- mance happenings as well as a multitude of other events to take place. It will also accom- modate a plethora of more spontaneous phenomena (see 101 uses). The schedule of events for the Makadoo lounge will be posted in a visible place for stu- dents to be able to see what activities are upcoming and to add their event to the sched- ule.
