After graduation, Ron indentured as an architect and became head designer at Thompson, Berwick, Pratt & Partners. While there, his de- signs, including the BC Hydro Building and many private houses, began to define the West Coast Style, modern in technology while maintaining a profound humanism in form and detail. During the last twenty years, Ron estab- lished himself as one of Cananda’s foremost architects. His other projects include Massey College in Toronto and Trent University in Peterborough.
