Wenlido is a personal safety workshop for women, taught by women. The idea behind Wenlido is to teach self defense to women and their children, in a safe environment. Discussion on Awareness, Avoidance, Assertiveness, Sexual Assault, Women and the Law, Batteing, Aggression, and Verbal Defense are vital parts of the course.
