Fellow Students:— It is with much pleasure I submit this our Second Annual Report of the Club’s activities, which have been varied and interesting. The first item of interest was a play called ‘‘Fred’s Cow, or the Bovine Beauty,”’ written by Mary Sutherland and Ellen Moore, and directed by Frances Gatewood. Judging from the laughter and ap- ta this play was a great success, and the sum of $17.75 was cleared. The second one was a Christmas Miracle Play and was produced by Phillis Kirkpatrick, with costumes by Bee Lennie and stage settings by Margaret Williams. This play was very suitable at this season and was most effectively done. A silver collection was taken, and $16.75 contributed. The proceeds were sent to the Province Santa Claus Fund, together with clothing which had been previously col- lected from the students. The next entertainment was a (S) mock wedding given by the third year students in February. Refreshments were served after the cere- mony, and many original ideas contributed to the merriment of the occasion. (CONTINUED a2 31 SIXTY-FIVE) 33
