ON TAP 7 by Pik ; «| It appears (molecularly invisible for the sake of literal empiricists) '"ODORAMA' is making its strong presence smelt in the halls and spaces of school. One wonders if it is the nose which is the ultimate connector, filling the gap between art and life! From pork chops frying on the Animation stove to chicken soup on the Printing hot plate, those of you who ‘are' starving artists must be having a difficult time, what with your being left to muffin filler for sustenance. More insipid is the absolute devastation of arty brain cells due to the nosy intimacy of students with turpentine, resin, and etching chemicals. Not only that but pushers are finding the pot market slumping! The healthful Mr. Clean Graphic milieu begins to appeal... Another odoramic high is avaliable for all within Sarah's treasure chest, in the COncourse Show. The ‘wall with alot of room' show has been described by one as ''boring'' , but this may be due to-a surface probe, rather than a deeper dig. The "ally" method for, meaning is required. (psychologically, spacially, envir- onmentally, architecturally, culturally, etc.) Besides the chest contains an expungent specifically for boring elements. Students' cookerying around the schhol brings up (sic) the subject of the cafeteria's sludgy soup and stale buns and bean sprouts. The origimal plan designed the space for a students' kitchen, but later paans resulted in the cafeteria contract. The new Vege Patch to open behind us may make the student kitchen idea as an alternative viable. The contract is up for renewal, and its a debatable issue, but it needs someone to debate it! Perhaps its YOU (spelled with a capital. M and an E. Tom Gallie's Foundation students have created an intriguing assembly of sculptural pieces in Rm.'04. Methinks the ''static mobiles'' (my quotes) need interpretation. Currently, Bradshaw's anemic but lively blobs adorn our lounge wall. Im still working on the connection between these and his journalist talent. Little do the Foundation students know the effort which went into having the railing on their long wall installed last year. Its good to see it being usd by Brenda with two vibrant paintings. Brudders and seestars, adieu ‘till next week.
