Description / Synopsis
Handspring was an American electronics company founded in 1998 by the founders of Palm after becoming dissatisfied with the company's direction under new ownership. Handspring's Visor is the best PDA to come down the pike since the Palm itself as it mimics the Palm's size and shape as well as its OS. The Visor handheld computer is a personal organizer that is enhanced by an open expansion slot called the "Springboard Platform." The enhancement adds extra capabilities that allow the device to be used as everything from a digital camera to an MP3 player. |
