Amber is an exploration of wood and tree, of people and furniture. They are all fundamentally connected; they share one story. The furniture line you see here is hand-made from a single tree from Vancouver's Stanley Park, a 205 year old Costal Douglas-Fir. The book and digital pieces you see are inspired by its life. They are the result of a design philosophy rooted in a deep understanding, empathy and respect for trees as living beings.
